The restaurant at Maison Tissiere is ready to introduce you to the flavors of our region. Overlooking a beautiful garden with mountain views, it offers both modern and traditional cuisine that encapsulates all the fragrances of the region and our garden. Dishes are prepared with selected ingredients, based on common recipes that range from the Aosta Valley to Piedmont. Everything is interpreted with taste and creativity.

Sample some of our world-famous products: Fontina DOP, a cheese with a sweet flavor and soft, melting texture, and Lardo d’Arnad, cured with salt, spices, and mountain herbs.

During summer, our garden welcomes you from breakfast onwards. For lunch, relax in the garden or by the pool and enjoy our “Light Lunch.” We offer fresh and tasty dishes: colorful salads, carpaccios, quiches, savory pies, and many other delights. Enjoy your meal surrounded by nature!

Walking through the paths of our territory, you can encounter herbs and spices that, when infused and distilled, create our wonderful products: Genepy, Grappas, Amari.

Cellar

Rediscover the atmosphere of our grandparents’ “crotte”

There’s no better place to taste local products than under the stone vault of the ancient 1700s cellar, lovingly preserving our selection of Aosta Valley and national labels.

In the “Crotta,” we organize aperitifs and tastings paired with samples of local products for our guests. We also host dinners among friends or intimate tête-à-têtes, all tailored to your desires.
